    I have the paid version of the plugin and ‘submit a ticket’ page on the member area is blank.

    In the documentation it says you can use a url for an image instead of uploading it to the media files. There is no tab or input box to use a url for an image. I need to use an image that isn’t hosted on my server and reference is with a url but not sure how to do that in the admin with the plugin. Thanks for the help.

    That feature was removed in 1.5.0 because it was too inconsistent with WordPress. I am working on integrating it back in a future update that fixes some of WordPress own inconsistencies so that a better experience is provided.
