Image uploading leads to blank page

  • Hi, a noob here. I just wanted to know if anyone can help me: I was uploading an 85 MB audio file to my client’s media library but it turns out I keep on having problems with the file upload. Here are the scenarios:

    1. Maximum upload is already set to 200 MB
    2. Whenever I upload directly from the post via Add Media, what happens is that I keep on getting the HTTP error.
    3. Whenever I try to upload via adding a new media from the media library, it will load like about 10 minutes and then it will redirect to a blank page. From here on the page will froze.

    I’m unsure if you may have any suggestions as I’ve already tried the maximum upload expansion.

  • Try checking your site’s error logs for a more specific error message. Your hosts should be able to help you in accessing your site’s error logs.
