Image Uploader: Default to “none” for URL?

  • The image uploader dialog has fields for
    Title
    Alternate text
    Caption
    Description
    Link URL

    For Link URL, the options are three buttons – None, File URL, Post URL.

    Now, there once was a time when the default was “None” – that field was empty. At some point – on my install at least – the default is now File URL. So unless my users explicitly change to None when uploading, we get a clickable image, when we definitely do not want a clickable image.

    Is there a way to make the default “None” again?
