Image upload uses apostrophes

  • When I use the “send to editor” after uploading an image, all relevant fields are surrounded by apostrophes.

    Is there a way for me to turn then back into quotation marks?

    Is this a new HTML standard that uses apostrophes instead of quotation marks?
