Image upload to wrong path

    I’m having trouble uploading images.

    This particular site was migrated recently to a new domain (by someone else). Some image paths were still referring to the old domain, so I used the Better Search and Replace plugin to change the paths to the new domain.

    However, the website still tries to load images from the old domain (as you can see on https://www.familiezaken.be/).

    Furthermore, I can’t upload new images. During the upload process the progress bar reaches 100%, but instead of showing the thumbnail afterwards, it shows the broken image icon.

    What could be the problem?

    PS: When I upload a new image, I can see it in the FTP folder, but it has a size of 0kb.

    With regard to the second issue, this can be caused by an over-aggressive configuration of your server’s mod_security module. Try asking your hosts about it.

    Regarding the old images loading, there’s a couple of things you could try:

    – posting the the Better Search & Replace support forum to see if the plugin’s developer(s) have any ideas.

    – checking through all installed plugins and your theme’s template files for any hardcoded calls to images using the old url.
