Image upload problems

  • I have tried everything but I can’t uplaod IMAGES to the library using the ADD NEW POST … I can’t event view any of the images in the MEDIA LIBRARY. The files are there because I can use FTP and see them.

    can anyone help?? WordPress uplaods the image but then NOTHING Appears and I get this error:
    An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.

    and when I check with FTP the image is uploaded.

    Any ideas??
