Image upload page not loading – showing blank

    Hi,

    I am running WP 4.3.1, the problem I am facing is when I choose the post format as image or gallery. I choose to upload image from media library, I see the list of images available, I choose image by pressing “Show” and then “Insert into Post”.
    Once I choose “Insert” I get a blank page, no inserts happen and that’s where it gets stuck.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    deactivated all the plugins and then activated each one – didn’t solve the issue.
    Downgraded from WP 4.3.1 to 4.3 – didn’t solve the issue.
    Using theme – clippy from Site5
    Switched to the Twenty Fifteen, it doesn’t shows the options and interface for image/gallery formats as clippy does, so couldn’t reproduce the issue.
    I am surprised as I didn’t have this issue with theme and suddenly it has come up.
