Image upload not working

    i use a Image upload field, to upload user pictures on a custom registration form.. the upload itself works but the images remain in the temp folder and are not moved to the user id folders..

    i have checked already for plugin / theme conflicts, contacted the provider but the issue remains.. ‘Imagick’ and ‘gd’ are installed and working..

    there are no errors in the console or in the log files, folder permissions are 755 right now. pls help as its the only issue i have
