Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

I have tested it on my test site and found it’s working fine.

Have you tried added/updated/deleted anything on your site that caused this issue?

Also try using default WordPress theme like Twenty Thirteen.

Can you check the javascript console for errors?

In Chrome go to “View -> Developer -> Javascript Console” and in Firefox you can go to “Tools -> Web Developer -> Console”

hello thank you for the reply

im using a different theme to Twenty Thirteen which the plugin worked fine on before, there hasn’t been any changes but i have removed all plugins but yours, and i still have the issue, viewing the console through chrome i also dont get any error messages

Would you mind if I logged in to your site and did some testing? This might help get to the bottom of this faster. If this is ok, just send log in info through on the email id [email protected]
