Image upload freeze

  • Gotta tell ya, word press is cool in a lot of ways but this image upload to posts tool isn’t one of them. Its intermitent. It worked for about 2 pictures this afternoon and then stopped. How is that possible? All I did was change the theme back and forth and it worked. Then stopped. Someone please help.

  • exact same thing for me today…very strange…failed to upload all day…then randomly tried at 8 pm and voila.

    You know what – Maybe it is our local bandwidth (i.e. I only have 1 MBPS upload from Comcast, so that could be problem). The actual speed varies, so maybe it only works during off-peak hours.

    But still it is an annoying problem, and I couldn’t find a workaround in the meantime. i also put it in my ftp site and they tried to use the url to insert it, but that didn’t work either earlier today.
