Image upload error and grey image problem

  • Hi all those wonderful moderators,
    We are are having an issue where we don’t have any plugin activated and we are getting upload error and all uploaded images are grey, this problem started ever since my sites upgraded to wpress version 4.0.

    There are a lot of people having this issue and it looks like we are going circles that nobody can tell us why that is happening. I am kindly asking some of the moderators on this forum to help us find a way out of this problem.

    I uninstalled all the plugin and still the problem is there

    What upload error are you getting with all plugins deactivated & the Twenty Fourteen theme active?

    Note that your issue doesn’t require a forum moderator.

    it tries to upload, you can see the upload progress moving to complete the upload and it comes back “HTTP Error” and all the images I uploaded previously were grey, I deleted some of them now. I tried twenty twelve, twenty twelve all having the same problem with “media upload” issue.

    Andrew, it is test site I can produce my login credentials if you are to send me a private message to me, it has been 10 days I am stuck with this issue and I cann’t get around it.
