Image Upload Error

  • I am no longer able to upload images. When I attempt to upload an image I see something like this in a box to the right “ERROR. t7VhuYMrSr0a…KUabQijs.jpg An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.”

    I had not done any updates recently. I actually hadn’t touched my website in about 3 months. After I realized I was unable to upload images I did do all of the suggested updates and it didn’t help.

    I don’t think you will need a link to my site as the problem appears to be on the admin side but here it is anyway:

    I am not incredibly internet savvy so please feel free to talk to me in very basic terms.

  • Rename the image or try to upload a different image.
    I think issue is due to complex name of image.

    Please try that and update here.

    That worked! I am so surprised that simply renaming the image fixed things. Thank you so much for your help!
