Image upload doesnt work with caching

When I activate caching on my website, uploading images via ppom is not possible. I get an error message saying that it couldn’t upload and I should refresh the site. It still doesn’t work and I need help.

Please tell me how to solve this problem. I really need caching for my page speed but it damages the functionality.
The plugin I use is WP Fastest Cache
