Image upload conflict

Hi lads,
I’ve been using your plugin for several month and I have to say that is the most amazing social network environment for WordPress by large.
But I’m still having a recurrent conflict with my theme: https://themeforest.net/item/salient-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4363266
Media upload is working well from the WordPress back-end, the issue comes when you try to upload a Header Image for a new page (this is a feature of the Salient theme itself) or tying to upload a new slide for the Home Slider. When I press the “upload” button, the WordPress media interface should come up, but nothing happens, I just see a “javascript:void(0) when the mouse pointer is over the upload button.
In console I can see this error: GET https://mysite.xx/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/admin/core/lib/ReduxFramework/ReduxCore/inc/fields/upload/field_upload.js?ver=1459253569 404 (Not Found)
Lads from the theme update me with the Redux Framework they’re using They’re using version version 3.5.8.10 –> https://prnt.sc/b5itfy
I had conversation with your support team on my private email, but no more answers coming (talked with Alex and Callum).
This is not a problem going premium or pay for support if you can resolve this issue, we went live a week ago and it starts to be critical.
I appreciate your effort and understand that you’re getting huge amount of tickets to resolve.
