That text string is not found anywhere in the USP plugin, so it is related to something else, like maybe the server or another plugin may be involved.

The error is from WordPress script loader, /wp-includes/script-loader.php, line #252 in WP version 3.9.1. It is an error message for plupload and swfupload, if that helps.

There are many variables involved with file uploads, so it’s difficult to just guess.. for example, as explained in the readme.txt, upload issues could be related to file properties, file permissions, server settings, htaccess rules, theme settings, plugins, custom scripts (functions.php), ad nauseam. So while I can’t predict the exact issue, I will add this to the list of things to investigate for the next update.

I think I understand, and of course there is no need to worry because the plugin is working fine — I just retested on default WP 3.9.1 and image uploads work great.

Depending on the server, it can take some time to configure things to enable file uploads (permissions, etc.), but once they’re dialed in then the plugin can do its job.

One thing to check, are you able to upload files directly via the WP Media Library?

you did the wrong test :

1- u need to make a new author user
2- log in as an author not as admin
3-try upload an image from post form in the site, not from the wordpress admin
the author can upload an image from WP admin ,but if he upload and image from post form in website it appears this msg
    https://s23.postimg.org/xchz761h7/Untitled.png

u can upload an image from front end form in site and it will work

admin it can upload image from front end post form but the authors they can not upload image from front end post

I’m not sure I understand your meaning, but the error shown in that screenshot is a general error that is letting you know that you need to configure your site/server to allow file uploads. To reiterate, the error is not specific to USP, but rather a general error that is letting you know that uploads won’t work until the reported issues have been addressed (i.e., the error(s) shown in your screenshot).

I have made and author user check

    the username : Test
    Pass : 123123

https://www.zka3rab.com the post form in the homepage try to upload image from media botoun

Please don’t post login information, and then allow me to kindly repeat that the error is not related to USP — it is a general error that needs to be resolved before any uploads will work. Once you resolve the error(s) shown in your screenshot, everything else should work as expected. Good luck.
