Image title showing in post summary

    That’s strange. The slideshow isn’t added to the page until it’s required to be there, therefore no titles should be generated. Do you have some kind of plugin that manages/indexes the blog page?

    No, I don’t think so. The only plugins I have activated right now are slideshow, WordPress Importer and WP Google fonts. Could it be something to do with the theme?

    Yes, that could be possible. I think your theme may be generating the output of the shortcodes, as I see that the slideshow’s script is loaded onto the page as well. The HTML, however, is being stripped out by either WordPress or your theme. This would explain why only the slideshow titles show up.
