Image title not displaying file name

    Image file name is a different then the title, the title which you add while uploading the media are only used for the wordpress media library only, you can add the the title attributes to the image from the content editor. to add the title attributes simply click on the edit button on the image from your editor here you have an input filed of Image title attribute.

    WordPress media library upload (image upload) does not change image filename.
    Please rename the image files before upload to WordPress.

    Thank you for the reply. I rename the images after I edit them in a photo editor and then I upload them. Is there code I can add so wordpress will use filename when present instead SONY DSC in the title field?
