Image thumbnail size not showing in Gallery Adv

Thanks for reporting this behavior. I checked the Advanced Gallery on my site and had the same issue. New galleries let me set the size, but the size selector is missing upon refresh. I will report this issue with the developers.

It looks like the issue is resolved. The particular feature was removed and you shouldn’t see it appear. Generally, the Thumbnail Slider layout has an option for “Thumbnail Image Ratio”.

Hi @ghernkadence. It’s quite sad to hear that, since that means that you removed the feature, not solved it. That’s quite a pity actually, since it was a very helpful feature for image loading times and Google scores. Right now is showing a thumbnail since the gallery is smaller than the actual image file, but loading the full size image. To be able to pick the size of the thumbnail allowed to slower loading times, better Google scores and faster website loading times. I wish I never mentioned anything about it.

@ghernkadence which one is the update version where you deleted the feature? So I don’t update it anymore.

Hey, The feature was not removed, I think there is a miss-understanding with Gilbert. This is a bug we will fix.

Can you make sure that your gallery images have multiple sizes? The first image in your gallery can you check to see that it’s got thumbnail sizes generated?

Hi @britner. I’m talking about that feature, yes. Sometimes the “Thumbnail Image Sizes” selector appears and sometimes it doesn’t. I just checked and right now is showing, but in some other moment it wasn’t there. Glad to hear you’re not removing it.

As per your last question: yes, my gallery images have multiple sizes. They all have thumbnail sizes generated.

At first I thought it could have been my website, but I have two different websites where I’m using your plugin and it happened in both of them.
