Image Star Rating migration to WP Review?

    I have a massive WordPress site that has been using image star rating for reviews for many years, inserted directly into the WordPress posts. I’m currently redesigning the site now and want to use the WP Review plugin in replace of it.

    Any ideas on how to do a massive replace with the images to the WP Review plugin or CSS and still keep the original star rating from the image?
