Image SSL

I am using the plugin to send a feed with images from a non-SSL site to an https (SSL) site. An image url is:https://ir0.mobify.com/300/https://blog.lifechurchstlouis.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/027_A_WashDC-e1476882972916-300×169.jpg
I need it to be https so the page is secure. How can the image link be made https?
