Image Source fields stopped appearing on featured image insert

    Hi, I wonder if anyone can help with this. Up until a couple of days ago, when a user selected an image as the Featured Image, there were fields for inserting the Image Source and Image Source URL (under the title and caption fields). Now those field boxes suddenly stopped showing up. If you go to the Image Library to edit an image, the Source fields are still there, but this requires an extra step. Any idea why the fields would have stopped appearing during the Featured Image insert? Thanks for any help on this.
