Image slideshow on frontpage

    I’m completely new to wordpress and just setup my first template for the first page of my site. I have 3 columns underneath the header where I want to show different informatioin in. The left column will show the latest post. The right one is just an image. The middle one causes me trouble: I want to show here a slideshow of a few images that I can also use for my posts. I allready installed Nextgen gallery and made an album with 2 pictures in it. How can I show these pictures as a slideshow in the middlest div or am I completely going the wrong way?

  • Hi,

    Create a slideshow at slideshow.com and add it in your post..as a sticky post. Hence, your slideshow will remain on Frontpage…

    If you want to add it in the header then edit the header.php file and add your slideshow code and save it.

    Thanks for the quick answer but: this site links to sponsored adds and is not a site where you can make a slideshow…can you provide me a correct link please?
