• Hello, I recently purchased your single-license image slider plugin.

The top of my website contains a header widget area, which is contained within a picture frame graphic at the top (weddingpassports .com) The plugin is added to the widget page and set to Block appearance under theme options.

All images are precisely 485×295 and I set the slider dimensions to the same. I even went to general settings and made sure Image Behavior is set to Natural instead of Resize. When you go to our website you see the slider initially load perfect, but then shrink to an obscure size.

I was originally using a different plugin that looked perfect but had all kinds of script errors and loaded horribly slow.

Please help! I just spent $ and now my site looks funny.

Its a wordpress site, and the it was inserted as a widget in the header widget area of the site. if you right click the area and inspect element (firefox) are you able to get the info you need?

I’m seeing an img style that is giving it smaller inner dimensions “<img style=”max-width: 455px ! important; max-height: 276.753px ! important; opacity: 1;” id=”huge_it_slideshow_image_1″ class=”huge_it_slideshow_image_1″ src=”https://weddingpassports.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/Wedding-Passports-Cabo2.jpg” image_id=”9″>”

The width set in the plugin settings is 485 x 295, and all images are sized exactly to those dimensions. Where is this coming from? I need to remove this.

***FIXED***
Not sure how/why this worked, but it did.

The slider widget was nested in the div.art-layout-cell-size1 class, in the theme’s css file.

I changed the {width:100%;height:100%;} to {width:110%;height:110%;} and it now fits perfectly! It must be a compatibility issue with my theme and your plugin.

Oh ok, I was going to think over your problem, but as I see all is fine now)
