Image Slider in Popup? Not working

  • Hello,

    I’ve been trying to get the jquery plugin bx-slider to work in your popup but something is just not working. I think it’s not loading the script or something, because the all the styled features of the slider shows up, but it needs to calculate height and width and all that and doesn’t seem to do it until I inspect the slider.

    Also, interesting to note is when the slider is in the window the close button dis-appears. I have no idea where it is going, but it isn’t showing in the popup as it should. Removing the slider makes the close button return.

    I also tried doing this slider with the shortcodes ultimate slider option, that presents different problems but still doesn’t pop open. It shows all the images without the slider instead. Again, when I inspect using a web editor, the slider suddenly appears as the window is recalculated.

    Note, I am using shortcodes ultimate to draw in the bx.slider through the posts option.

    I really just want to get an image slider working on your popups. I don’t care which one as long as they look good.

    @bpebble – Do you have a link I can look at. I know users have had success with different plugins. Some seem to do just what your talking about which may be because they are hidden on page load.

    We may be able to reinitialize them manually with a bit of custom JS but looking at it is the first step.
