Thank you for reviewing this post. I need some help.

I installed Ultimate Blocks plugin for a while, I mainly use the “Expand” widget in the last year, it works great. This year I need to use the function of Image Slider and Styled List. When I enable these 2 functions, I found the image slider didn’t look like the one I saw on YouTube video tutorial or the demo in plugin page. I added 3 images to this gallery in block editor, but the gallery are vertically list up, and is shifted to the left side, not within my editing area. But when I “preview” the page, it is an image slider, just not sure why it is overlapping some of my text content… If I disable the “wrap around” function, that 3 images will vertically display within my column. I think that “wrap around” is like the image alignment, maybe that’s why it shifted.. but why my images are vertically shows up? Also is there any image size suggestion for the image slider? right now if I change the height of the image into 350 then mobile version can see a full width image slider, but the pagination bullet dots are half on top of the image, half on the white area.

The styled list widget, I try to choose an icon, it didn’t show up.. seems the icon library is not in my site or fail to call it. I can see the list of icons I can choose on the right side bar, it didn’t show up on my editing area or preview the page. Is that because of I didn’t update to the latest Gutenberg? I use elementor to create this post’s template, and use Gutenberg to update the post content.

Any help is thankful, thank you.

    My plugin version:
    Gutenberg Version 14.7.3
    Ultimate Blocks Version 2.5.5

    My system:
    PHP 8.1.14
    wordpress 6.1.1

Hi @christinacatwoo ! We’re unable to recreate your issue with the image slider and styled list blocks so far. Have you tried using the blocks on posts that doesn’t use Elementor templates? Our blocks aren’t fully compatible with third-party editors.

Also, your active theme could also affect the appearance of the blocks. Please switch to one of the default themes (Twenty Twenty-three, Twenty Twenty-two, etc.) and check again if anything changes.

Hi @alexius08 ! Thank you for the quick response. Today I tried few things:

Updated Gutenberg to version 15.0.1, create a new post which didn’t use elementor template. Same thing happened. The image slider is still shift to left and 3 images vertically show up in my column. But looks fine on preview. The styled list, icon still didn’t shows up, in editor no matter I choose which icon it still a bullet. When I preview the page the words shifted to overlap the bullet point.

I tried to switch my theme from Hever to Twenty Twenty-two. And create a new post which didn’t use elementor template. Same thing happened.

I tried deactivate elementor and elementor pro, and start a new post to put image slider and styled list, same thing happened.

Can you tell me where are those styled list icon comes from? I can see those icon on the right hand side bar when I choose one, but it didn’t show up on the content part or in preview. Does those icon comes from the theme? But even I switch to Twenty Twenty-two it still didn’t work.

    Update:

@alexius08 I think I found the solution. I deactivate the Ultimate Blocks, reload, and activate it again, on manage blocks, I just need to active ALL the features(the default setting), then it fixed the above problem! I tried activate all the features without deactivate the plugin, that didn’t work. So the key is deactivate the plugin, wait for a while, then activate it again!
