  • You can set image sizes at Admin page > WooCommerce > Settings > Products tab, Product image sizes. Click hard crop to make them all the same size. After any changes you will need to regenerate your thumbnails.

    The problem will be that a cropped picture of the tall bottle for example will look poor. Alternatively you could set a max-height property for the images in css, but then the tall bottle becomes squashed, which also looks poor.

    For my site, I decided on an image size and then edited all the images to that size, with added white borders where necessary, before uploading.

    I’ve done that and regenerated but it’s still tall

    Would you say these images are:

    Catalog images,

    single product image

    or product thumbails

    i’ve got all of those set to hard crop
