Image Sizes on Posts Page

    Hello!
    I am just wondering how to fix the image sizes on the post page. Since I changed my theme to Kale I have added 4 posts, and their featured images are showing them as a different size than the others. I upload featured images that are squares, but these are showing as rectangles.
    Any help on how to have them show as squares would be great!
