The offending CSS rule is on line 121 of style.css for your Brightpage theme:

.wp-caption, .imgthumb, .entry img { ... max-width: 600px; ... }

Adding this to the end of your theme’s CSS file should fix it:

.promo_slider img { max-width: none; }
