Image sizes for creatives

    I’ve set up all my creatives. 250×250 images work fine, but 768×90 images show as blank in the preview and edit screens. Even if I upload to media library first, they’re still blank in WP Affiliates. Is there a size limit or some other image limitation I should know about?

    To clarify, when I edit one of these large creatives it shows the correct link to the image but the animated loading graphic just spins, it never loads. When I preview it shows a blank popup.

    Hi, do you know if you have a plugin or your theme that might be causing this limitation? I have tested this feature in my testing platform with an image the size of 2448 x 3264 and it displays correctly when viewing the image.

    I’ll check the plugins, but it may be something to do with how the banners were created. I’ll check both, thanks.

    Okay – I had to create a new blank banner, then copy over a screenshot of the two non-working banner images and then I could upload. I think it must have been something odd in the way the banners were created.
