Our plugin doesn’t make any changes in the images uploaded from your WooCommerce store. When it syncs images for products, it does it by gathering all the URL’s of the images for the products, both variation and simple. So, this may be a case of the images looking as expected in your store due to changes applied through your theme.
In order to double-check if that’s the case, would it be possible to share with me a screenshot of your products from your WooCommerce store and a screenshot of your products from your Facebook Shop? You can use a cloud storage service like Dropbox or Google Drive to upload them and create a sharing link.
