Image size too large when viewed in MS Outlook

    Hello,

    I have tried using the filters on this page, https://cartflows.com/docs/filters-to-customize-product-table/ but unfortunately Microsoft Outlook doesn’t recognize ‘height: 42px; width: 42px;’; and when recovery emails are viewed in Outlook, the image is still way too big. Outlook doesn’t like PX it seems.

    Is there a way to have the image look good in Outlook as well?

    Previous to this latest update 1.2.8, I was editing this file, class-cartflows-ca-cart-abandonment.php after each update and changing one line to img class=”demo_img” width=”60″ height=”auto” which worked in most email clients as well as Outlook until now.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We haven’t added image support for the Outlook yet.

    But in our next update, we will make the necessary changes for the image dimensions.

    Can you please check by removing the px from the custom code that you have added for the image?

    Removing the px seems to break gmail so I am just going to leave it as you’ve written it and patiently wait for a real fix from the pros!
