    Hi,
    trying to change the image size in my carousel and it doesn’t seem to work. Most of the other shortcodes seem to work but these don’t:
    sliderheight=”400″
    media_size=”thumbnail”

    [psac_post_carousel slide_show=”4″ dots=”true” arrows=”true” autoplay=”true” autoplay_interval=”3000″ speed=”800″ design=”design-1″ show_category=”false” show_content=”false” show_author=”false” show_read_more=”false” show_tags=”false” show_date=”false” category=”2,29,33,34,42,48″]

    Hi @sq1111

    Thanks for the link.

    I have checked both the parameter at my end and they are working properly.

    It looks like that there is a problem of double quote in shortcode parameters. They are converted to special character.

    Generally this happens when we copy the shortcode and paste it into WordPress editor then double quote are converted to special character and because of that parameter does not work.

    Please try to remove the double quote and add it manually. I hope it will work for you.

    Thanks very much. I don’t think that’s it because when I change the size to medium or thumbnail – it stays the same size but the images appear blurry. When I take out the parameter altogether or change the size to “large” or “full”, then the image appears clear. In all situations, the width and height remain the same.

    Hi @sq1111

    Slider height can be controlled by this parameter sliderheight="200" It does not depends on this parameter media_size="thumbnail"

    Asp per your query

    when I change the size to medium or thumbnail – it stays the same size but the images appear blurry

    Plugin uses the image as a background so when you change it to thumbnail then it looks blurry because thumbnail images are of 150 X 150. It depends on the WordPress media size.

    Please try sliderheight parameter for height control.

    Hi @sq1111

    Any update on this please?

    Hi! Unfortunately changing the sliderheight didn’t work – I tried multiple sizes from 100 to 900 and it wouldn’t change the height.

    Hi @sq1111

    It is very strange. I have used the same shortcode and parameter at my side and it is working perfectly. I have applied 200 size.

    Please refer the screenshot https://prnt.sc/t7v5ri

    [psac_post_carousel sliderheight="200" show_content="false" show_tags="false"]
