Image Size (pro version)

  • Using the pro version of the plugin.

    Wondering if there is anything we can do about the image size? As users are uploading large images.

    We have tried third party plugins that resize the images for us, but the auction plugin still pulls the original image. Is there any settings we can change to modify the image that is pulled by the auction?

    Hi Lewis,

    How or what do you think should be there in auction plugin? Would it be a better idea to provide a setting to admin to choose till what image size can be uploaded by users?

    Hi Nitesh.

    Yes, I think allowing admins to specify either a Pixel size, or size in Mb would be useful.

    Alternatively, (I’ve little knowledge of developing wordpress plugins), does wordpress have any resize native functions? could you force the image to pull out the ‘large’ size of the image that is set in Settings > Media of wordpress.
