Image size not working

After setting the new width & height, you need to regenerate all existing thumbnail, can use any regenerate thumbnail plugin to do this.

Also, I find you are using a cache plugin to bundle all javascript files to one file.
Can you exclude all javascript files from our plugin to combine bundle javascript file

Should I deactivate the cache plugin ?

I deactivated all cache plugins and regenerated images but not fixed.
