Image Size in pages

Hello, I have a slight problem with resizing images in my pages using simple catch. No matter what size i change, the image stay the same size. see the link below

My picture at the bottom is 976px wide but it doesnt go all the way to then end.
This is the code i use
<img class=”alignleft” src=”https://www.httireshop.com/tireshop/Pictures/MY02details2.png” height=”500″ width=”976″ />
the height changes but the width does not.
