image size how change to default size?

the plugin bwp-google-xml-sitemaps uses thumbnail size of the image to submit along with the post it’s associated with. this is the size this plugin chooses = 150×150.jpg
is there an option or something to let me choose the default or other image size i.e 800×500 or 300×146 or so ?
