    Hi
I am having some issues with the image sizes and image quality on the Total Soft Image Poll 1 theme.

I have the columns set to 3, the height type set to Ratio and the Ratio set to 16:9

I have tried a number of different sized mages but they are always distorting when going responsive. If I use an image size that is ok when on tablet or mobile it is distorted on desktop and vice versa.

The quality of the image displayed is very poor. My images are set to 300dpi but are not clear when displayed.

Can you please tell me what size image to use.

    Thanks
    Cn

    Hello Dear @gordonditchburn.

Thank You for your good questions. About the image quality. We checked your page and found that you aren’t using full size of the image on your page. Please when you are uploading the image into your page make sure that you selected Full size for uploading. That option is on uplaoding window, if it is selected full size, please just select other one, then again select full size. Hope it will help You.

And about the responsiveness.. We found that you added custom CSS style to the image and set to image width: Auto!important. Please remove that style from the CSS and you will see the result.

    Thank You.

    Hi
Thanks for the reply, I have loaded full size images as instructed and this has resolved the image quality issue, however if I remove the width: auto !important style from the css then the images are being stretched.

Can you tell me what size images I should use.

    Thanks

    Dear @gordonditchburn.

Thank you for your response. I am very happy that the problem with the image size has solved. About your next response. You have set the column count to be 3, and plugin devides the div for 3 equal parts and the image gets the full size within that part.

    Thank You.

    Hi

The page width is set to 1080px and the column count is 3 so can you tell me what width of image I will need to create in order to get the largest size on screen.

If the image height is set to 160, then this works ok but the images are very small on the screen.

Changing the image height to anything higher distorts the image

    Thanks

Hi Thanks for your help, in explaining that the image sizes need to be set to the same ration that is set in the theme settings for the Image Poll 1 theme.

I have this same problem however my poll is already live and accepting votes. If I edit the images to switch to FULL SIZE will it reset my poll???

    Dear @daethian.

After changing the image sizes the poll will be reseted and the results will become to 0. But from next “Results” menu you can give the same results to the poll and keep the results after changing images sizes.

    Thank You.

I’ve just created new polls this month and again the images are all stretched. There is no place to choose the image size when inserting from URL. I have inserted all images from the media library using FULL SIZE.

    Still looks like crap. ??

On our new version we have added option to set images by ratio. Please make sure that you are using latest version and had that version. For now the height size of images is fixed.

    Thank You.

My plug in appears to be up to date. 10.0.0
