    Hi! Thanks for this plugin! I have a couple of issues related to images that I hope you can help me solve.

    First, images are not displayed centered, but aligned to the left. That isn’t a problem in mobile phones, but on devices with a larger screen it looks ugly.

    The second problem is that the largest image size is displayed in each case, which means that the comments at the bottom of the image cannot be read, the text is cut by the width of the device screen. I have talked to the creator of my WordPress theme, and he comments that it’s a issue of the plugin.

    In this URL you can see both issues:

    Thanks!

  • @alias79 I can see some additional classes being added to your images. Can you check and see the same issue arises with some of your plugins disabled, start with image, caching or optimisation plugins such as WP Rocket?

    Hi James!

    Before opening this post, I have done tests with the WP Troubleshooting mode, only with the AMP plugin active, and this issue happens. I also tried to deactivated WP Rocket completely, but the same thing happens.

    @alias79 Are you using a page builder, I can see some attributes being added to your images, which may not be part of the classic editor or Gutenburg. If so can you disable that page builder temporarily and see if the issue persists?

    Hi James! Thanks for yor reply!

    I now just tried to deactivate all the plugins on the web, but the same issue is still happening. The page builder used is integrated of the theme, and the creator of this theme says that he sees CSS code, and says this code is not his:

    :root:not(#_):not(#_):not(#_):not(#_):not(#_) .amp-wp-9d7c7fd{ width: 1280px; }

    As a curiosity, if I activate the AMP for WP plugin of Ahmed Kaludi, the AMP pages look great, all the images are resized and appear centered, but I lose some features of your official plugin that I don’t want to lose (like remembering all the pages that I don’t want to show AMP), so I really want to find a solution ??

    @alias79 Thanks for the update. Are you in a position to temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme and default editor before checking again? An alternative is to setup a staging site and test with the staging site (with another theme activated).

    That’s the problem, which I cannot change even temporarily. There are several functions that I use, which are used daily by our readers, such as the review system.

    The editor I use is the classic, not Gutenberg, I have a plugin installed to disable it (I have more than 30 editors and it’s hard to explain to everyone how the blocks work).

    The only tests I can perform with the WordPress diagnostic system. I will try to replicate this issue in a test website, to see if from there we can continue talking. Thanks James!
