image size

I’m not sure I understand what is going on. Could you please give me a link to the website and tell me exactly what size was supposed to be and what size is now?

Theoretically the plugin shouldn’t modify the image size, that is the theme’s job. If it does, then there is definitely something wrong.

I tried different zoom plugins , but none of them change the image size.
i Loved your plugin , I hope you could fix it .
Actually i am using png images . plugin works fine with jpeg.
So it is changing according to png image height !

I think you are working on the website now and removed the products, so I couldn’t see any images.

I installed the Virtue theme (free version) and tried with a PNG image. It worked fine as long as the “Image Zoooom WP -> General Settings -> Force it to work on WooCommerce” was enabled. So, unfortunately I couldn’t replicate the bug.

I am still interested to find out why isn’t working on your website. Could you please set up a product again so I can have a look at it?

I see what you mean.

From my point of view this is a normal behavior: when you change the image from the gallery, the width is preserved and the height is adapted. In another image zoom plugin that I tried, they hide parts of the image in order to adapt to the size set by the theme. I guess that is a valid way of solving it, but I still think that the width should be preserved and the height needs to adapt.

One suggestion I can make is: try using images with the same height/width ratio.

One more thing is , when image ratios are different & image box size changes when you switch to product gallery image. If you try changing images 2-3 times , it wont let you click on gallery thumbnail.
I dont know how to describe it but i think its a bug , You should check it .
