image signatures

  • the easiest way would be to add the signature to index.php (and single.php if you want it on post view) right below the_content so it appears right after the text of every post

    where should I add the image? this is what my index.php contains:

    <?php
    /* Short and sweet */
    define(‘WP_USE_THEMES’, true);
    require(‘./wp-blog-header.php’);
    ?>

    and I could not find single.php
