This is copied from the original post so that I can get some traction on a solution again.

Sorry for the very delayed response, I had to set this project aside for other projects. My images are not transparent, and I’m not sure what is meant by a slider, though I do have the thumbnails, which have a slider function when there is more than a few.

I can pinpoint exactly what is happening, I just don’t know the best way to suppress it.

When I use just the SVI everything is perfect, but then I get no images for the product galleries. If I use the woocommerce “Product Image” section I get two unnecessary images: a fill the whole page image that is covered in various manners by everything on top of it (description, SVI, a second image of the product image) and a second product image below the SVI provided image and thumbnails.

When I go to the Elementor editor to see what I need to hide none of this shows. In fact, I just get the single product image, with SVI not represented within the Elementor page.

Clearly the two plugins are talking over each other. How do I sort this out?

    Hello,

I’m sorry but I don’t understand the issue.
    SVI works great with elementor.
If you have double galleries showing up its propable that you have another plugin that works on the product galleries.

To help attach some screenshoots or URL where I can visit the issue.

    Cheers

I checked my plugins and disabled any potential culprits. Did not fix the issue.

    Hi,

Sorry for the delay. But from what I see that background image in not from the SVI plugin.

The double gallery must be because (if you have no other gallery plugin) because the theme has a secondary gallery that is triggered for mobile reasons.

What theme are you using so that I can try it out and debug?

I’m using Hello Elementor, with adjustments from Elementor Pro.

My guess is that you will probably need to hide the second gallery via CSS.

If the theme doenst follow WooCommerce standards on implementing gallery double galleries can show up.

If you share a link I can probably manage the CSS for you.

    Cheers,

Okay. I’ve been trying to find the right CSS class for ages with little luck. Would appreciate the help. Please DM so that I can set up a temporary login for you. The site is a locked down B2B.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

There is no DM here. Try to paste a screenshoot of the html area or try to contact me via other channels.

    Cheers,
