image settings

Hey Blocksy team,

First of all thank you for this silky smooth theme. I am promoting it to my visitors.

My problem (small for you but a big one for me) is related to having different image sizes on my page. I tried to set the image sizes through wordpress control panel but it semms that might not be the right way. Having different image sizes is harming my SEO as well as leaving a bad user experience.
