Image Service stuck at Processing

    Hello,

    I tried the Image Service today but I was wondering why my images cannot be converted successfully. All of the images that I click convert is in Processing forever.

    FYI, my wordpress version is 5.9.3 and the W3 version is 2.2.1. I have GD installed on the server.

    Would you be able to help me out with it? Thanks. (BTW, I don’t know why my previous post is flagged as spam, so I wrote a new one)
