Image Select Field Keeps Loading

    Hi, I’ve recently created a form with Metform Pro but I’m facing an issue with the Image Select Field. I have 8 image-select fields but only some of the images are being loaded on the screen unless I click somewhere on the form’s page.
    I’ve tried uploading SVG/PNG but that isn’t helping either…


    *Edit: The Image Select fields are on the 4th and 5th steps of the form.

    I can’t see the form on the page you shared (screenshot) and there are some errors on the console. Please make sure to clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.

    Image selection is part of MetForm’s PRO feature. We are not permitted to discuss the PRO feature of the plugin here as per www.remarpro.com standards. If the issue persists, please navigate to the plugin’s details page and you’ll get the link to contact our support center. Our support team will help you ASAP!

    I’ve checked it on every browser and device and the link is working..
    Btw I’ve fixed the issue now.
    Now for the mobile version, there’s this page height issue which is really bugging me, I’ve tried almost everything to reduce the height of each step on my form, but I failed, unfortunately :(.
    Can you help me with the mobile responsiveness? It seems that all the steps that are on my form are inheriting the step with the biggest height…
    There’s a lot of scrolling on the mobile version.
    Any help would be much appreciated.

    @ahmedamir Again, do not support the pro users on this site.

    The developer cannot and must not support the pro version on this site. They risk getting into real trouble if they continue to do so.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
