    when i right click on a photo to save as the program uses the photo id # instead of the file name to save as.

    If you want to be able to download the original photo with the original filename, configure the download link. See Table VI-C1.x on the Photo ALbums -> Settings admin page. Read the help on VI-C1 (click the questionmark (?))

    have C1 and 1.3 set to image file still not working

    The name under the photo in a slideshow (display it by Table II-B5) will become a link or button to download the photo with its original name. Rightclick on the image will never give you the filename.
