Image rollover INFO BOX

I’m not very confident with coding of any sort but I am trying to create a staff page with info boxes that appear as rollovers, similar to this:
What I want is to have a little info box appear beneath each of our staff as you rollover them.
Can anybody point me in the right direction? Is there a plugin that will do this for me or do I need to use some kind of code?
