image reposition

    hi I am using the Vogue Theme. The image though that I am using chops off the head. Ive tried several times to change it downsize it but still the same thing.
    Is there a way to position the photo down just a little bit?

    also can we downsize the whole slider ( not using metaslider ) its just really big I just want to downsize a tiny bit

    I did contact the Vogue support thread still waiting for a response 6 days later and need to go LIVE
    perhaps there is another plugin that will allow me to have a photo that size??
