    Hello,

I’ve installed the plugin and it seems to pulling in the feature image in my Mailchimp email template (thank you for that by the way!).
But when I send myself a test email to my gmail account, the photo is quite blurry and not high quality. It’s good quality on the site, so not sure what exactly is happening?
In the plugin, I have max width set to 560 and the image size set to 300×300.

I would be happy to show you what the image looks like when I send myself the test email.
    Any help would be appreciated!

This usually happens because of a relatively new feature MailChimp has added to RSS campaigns:

MailChimp has added a new setting to the RSS campaign setup process: “Resize RSS feed images to fit template” … please do not use this setting, especially if you are using excerpts with small images, or using small images with alignment, because MailChimp will blow them up and make them sad and ugly. (FAQ)

I suspect that is likely the issue you’re encountering, as I see in the feed that your image should be fine at the size it’s set to be. (Also, the ragu looks delicious!) Can you double check that setting in your MailChimp campaign and make sure it’s turned off?

Thank you! It works better now! Thanks again.
The image is a little small in the email, is there a way to make it bigger?

The image size in the email is based on what you select in the plugin settings. Looking at the image data, my guess is that you selected a smaller image size (thumbnail or medium) for the feed. Depending on what you want in the end, you can either adjust the image size (under Settings > Media), which will affect those image sizes everywhere they’re used on your site, or you can use the custom image size provided by the plugin and set it to whatever size you want in your email. For my own emails, I prefer full width images, so I use the custom (MailChimp) image size and have it set to be 560 pixels wide, which matches my email template.

    Hope that helps!
