    Hello,

    images always look blurry even though they should be at 100% quality. Any ideas why or is it simply because we scale images quite small(ish)?

    I took a look; the images are only about 100x75px. They can only show so much detail. Additionally, I looked at the original uploaded image for Anne, and that source image also seems a bit soft. You could try sharpening the image and reuploading it to see if that makes a difference in the thumbnail.
