    Hi it appears the the download manager plug-in is adding a button to the media library that can be used to protect the down loading of an image. It appears that this function is preventing us from adding images to pages. Same issue happens if the image is protected or not. If we turn off the plug-in we can work with images as usual. Can we disable this function someplace perhaps

    Hi,
    If you don’t protect the image, you should be able to attach/add on page/post without any trouble.

    Yes thanks. But for some reason that’s not the case. We can upload an image but are not able to insert it. Only if we temporarily disable download manager can we insert images into pages normally

    So sorry we. We updated to 5.7 and it appears to have resolved the issue
